Massage Therapy treatment has many benefits to your overall health and well being.

Massage treatment can help release acute and chronic muscular tension and pain, improve circulation, increase joint mobility, promote soft tissue healing, improve muscle function, as well as decreasing stress and mental fatigue. 

Athletes can benefit from the use of regular massage therapy treatments to help reduce the risk of injury, treat sore muscles post training, remove myofascial / muscular restrictions and to promote optimal athletic performance.

The use of Massage Therapy as preventative care, relaxation and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle is highly recommended.

KYLE NIKKANEN

Kyle is a recent graduate of the Georgian College Massage Therapy Program.  He is continuing his studies and is currently a 2nd year student at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto. 

Kyle is deeply passionate about health and a healthy lifestyle. With interests in nutrition, movement, and bodybuilding.

Kyle will forever be a student, as the study of the human body takes a lifetime. He believes in the Mind, Body and Spirit approach to treatment and life.

Kyle loves gardening, travelling, food, psychology, philosophy, and poetry.
